OUR STORY
HOLLYHOOD was born from a simple belief: creators should have the opportunity to own their future. For decades, artists, musicians, filmmakers, influencers, and entrepreneurs have fueled billion-dollar industries, yet many struggle to earn a sustainable living from their creativity. Traditional gatekeepers have controlled access to opportunities, while social media platforms have built massive businesses by monetizing user-generated content and personal data, often leaving creators with little control, ownership, or compensation.
As an artist, DJ, attorney, entrepreneur, and educator, HOLLYHOOD Founder J. Sean Diaz has spent his career navigating the intersection of creativity, technology, and business. Throughout his journey, he witnessed firsthand the challenges creators face—from complex intellectual property issues and unfair industry practices to the growing imbalance between the value creators generate and the rewards they receive. He envisioned a different future: one where creators are empowered with the tools, knowledge, and technology needed to build sustainable careers and meaningful economic opportunities.
That vision led to the creation of HOLLYHOOD. Originally conceived as a creator-first digital ecosystem, HOLLYHOOD was designed to reimagine how creators connect with audiences, collaborate with one another, and monetize their talents.
In 2022, HOLLYHOOD launched its first mobile application, introducing innovative features that allowed users to share content, engage with communities, support creators through direct tipping, and participate in a platform built around empowerment rather than exploitation. The app represented an important step toward demonstrating that social media could be more equitable, transparent, and rewarding for the people who create the content that drives engagement.
Today, HOLLYHOOD.org expands upon that vision through education, mentorship, community programming, and technology-driven initiatives that prepare creators for success in the evolving digital economy. We believe that creators deserve more than likes, views, and followers—they deserve ownership, opportunity, and the ability to participate in the value they help create. By bridging the worlds of art, technology, entrepreneurship, and social impact, HOLLYHOOD is building a future where creativity becomes a pathway to empowerment, economic mobility, and lasting community transformation.

J. Sean Diaz is a multidisciplinary creator, attorney, entrepreneur, and educator whose career has been dedicated to bridging the worlds of art, technology, and business. As Founder and Chairman of HOLLYHOOD.org, he leads initiatives designed to empower artists, entrepreneurs, and underserved communities through education, innovation, and economic opportunity. With experience as a DJ, entertainment lawyer, technology founder, and creative strategist, J. Sean is committed to building platforms that give creators greater ownership of their careers, content, and future. His vision for HOLLYHOOD is to help shape a creator-first ecosystem where talent, collaboration, and community drive lasting impact.

Mahesh Chand is the Founder of Mindcracker Inc. and C# Corner, one of the world’s largest developer communities with millions of members globally. Over the last two decades, Mahesh has worked with startups, enterprises, and Fortune 500 organizations helping architect and deliver large scale software platforms, cloud systems, enterprise applications, developer ecosystems, and digital transformation initiatives.
DR. ROBERT M. TULL, ED.D.
Robert M. Tull, Jr., Ed.D, is an educator, teacher, former high school principal, and mentor employed in the field of public education for over 30 years. Throughout this experience, he has maintained a primary focus of educating students within the community for the challenges of the twenty-first century, and the extending of learning opportunities for students.

Camara Alford is a music industry veteran who launched a public US company focused on Management, Publishing, and Recorded Music. Camara is currently a principal at RZ3, an Atlanta-based record label, content company, and recording studio founded by Grammy Award winning producer and Songwriter Hall of Fame inductee Tricky Stewart.
STEFAN PRESCOTT
Stefan Prescott is a versatile professional with extensive experience in the live entertainment, music, and sports industries. Stefan founded Dancetracks.com, one of the first digital music retailers, and went on to lead Amazon Music. He has worked with countless non-profit organizations building ticketing ecosystems for AudienceView and Sports Illustrated Ticketing.
MICHAEL PERSAUD
Michael Persaud is a Portfolio Manager and Wealth Management Advisor with Morgan Stanley in Beverly Hills working with wealthy individuals, entertainers, athletes, and families on investment management, estate and fiduciary planning strategies, lending solutions, trust services and long-term financial planning. Michael was recently appointed Chair of the the Board of Directors of the Harvard Business School African-American Alumni Association.
CHRISTINA DEHAVEN-CALL
Christina DeHaven-Call is an Academic Director and Assistant Arts Professor in the department of Undergraduate Film & Television at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts. Christina has over 20 years of experience in producing, line producing, and production management that includes short films, feature documentaries, digital series, music videos and commercials.
DR. DAWN C. WILSON, MD.
Dr. Dawn Wilson is an accomplished Anesthesiologist, instructor, competitive dancer, and former track athlete who has led teams of doctors throughout the north and southeast regions of the US. Dr. Wilson currently trains and instructs medical professionals, whle overseeing a number of surgical centers.
